N. & S. SUMMERLYN RIDGE PREFERRED BUSINESSES

The N. & S. Summerlyn Ridge HOA/CAS would like to recognize those who have been a part of the the Summerway Courts Community. Our relationships with creditable business, services, home business, individuals, sponsors, and supporters over the last year has been extremely beneficial.

The community wants to share their relationships with their neighbors and surrounding communities. 

We’ve heard from members that they’d like to support their neighbors who own or operate businesses. To make this easier, we’ve added this page, which lists the neighbors in the community of North and South Summerway Courts and surrounding trades services. Our neighborhood who provide services (like and not limited to; dog walkers, tutors, babysitters, and real estate agents).

To learn more about their services or availability, you can click on the URLs below. The Association also utilizes the private social network web application exclusively for the North and South Summerway Courts neighborhood. (Property owners can quickly log in <here>.)

Why doesn't my Business information appear in on this page?

You either do not have a online presence or haven’t updated your business profile with your homeowners association or received a recommendation.

To be listed on this page and other areas the neighbors are at on the world wide web, you must have a photo or business card image, submit a consent form and a greeting message, and have received at least one recommendation from a property owner of the Summerlyn Ridge HOA LLC members.
